McDonald's in Potsdam

Worst McDonalds. Service thought 0. one star too many. I should drive to the drive for each voucher code. Incredible and never seen anywhere.

The worst drive-in experience of my life. Unfortunately, I spent 45 minutes waiting time in the drives-in of McDonald's Horstweg today. The completely overwhelmed pensioner remained polite, but she was no asset. Unfortunately, there was no information about the long waiting time. I would have loved to lock my car and start walking. Driving back and forth was not possible due to pending cars. Never again McDonald's.

I am very disappointed with McDonalds. We drove to McDonalds because we believed that the hygiene rules would be taken seriously. Total misjudgment. My mask was even made fun of, telling me to take it off my face. In addition, he said that the mask (of the employee, of course it wasn't worn) was his boss's "panties" and she smelt. I had my wife and a 5 year old child with me. The behavior was extremely inappropriate and completely wrong. This was definitely my last trip to McDonalds.

He was super nice on the drive

Lately there has been getting something to go there - every now and then the family order was missing the fries, sometimes the ketchup but now a complete dish for ~ 8 € was missing - the sauce was in it so the order is accepted and cashed - and clearly only noticed at home when unpacking. :( So I'll avoid it for a while.

Catastrophe, thrown together for the third time, today put everything upside down in the bag and forgot french fries. Everyone has a chance but 3x is ENOUGH sorry

We didn't wait long, but there were language difficulties with the payment and we were given too little change. (whole 10 €) well that can always happen. The entire order was packed in the bags. However, not even the toilet could be used. Too bad ... We had nothing else than to switch to the gas station opposite. Corona or not, the use of the toilets should be guaranteed for paying guests. Even if you are not allowed to eat in the house. Too bad.

6 minutes before the shop closes you stand in front of locked doors. For a fast food restaurant that should be enough to prepare an order - apparently not for McDonalds.

Very good Mc Donalds but unfortunately because of Corona they don't get along well ...

Good food and staff

Personnel almost exclusively only cares about drive in customers. Food ordered in the restaurant takes more than 20 minutes. "Fast food" is no longer.

Despite the situation we have at the moment corona, the staff is friendly

I like how the main Manager is focused and dedicated 100% to the job, the staff is quite friendly with clients and foreigns too, I have met good people there, professionals. 5 Stars without thinking. 😉

Everyone has its opinions and reviews, for me i have the best experience on this Mc Donalds, good chief, good staff, friendly with customers and Foreigns and quality food, 5 Stars without thinking 😊

Friday 10/15/2020 ~ 10 a.m. Unfortunately, the heating doesn't seem to work - the entire restaurant is uncomfortably cold. Staff is polite and committed despite the pandemic burden 👍🏼

I have to admit that it read a lot. The chocolate milkshake tastes very watery and you can't taste anything from the chocolate. The cake is partly. You should go to Citizen King. It couldn't be worse🤔🤔

Small sweet shop, great cafe and the old guy at the bar is tearing up! I would love to come back. You can chill here.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Despite the current Corona times, the waiting times are very short and the staff is very friendly and totally relaxed. The food tastes great too. In my opinion the best McDonalds in Schlaatz and the surrounding area (Babelsberg, ect). 👍🏻👍🏻

They have some really fantastic snack/desert options - I had what was possibly the best black forest cake I have ever had. The coffee is a bit pricey (almost 3 euro) but it is a legit coffee with steamed milk and a complimentary Lindor chocolate.

McDonald's in Europe are SO much better then in North America. They have some really fantastic snack/desert options - I had what was possibly the best black forest cake I have ever had. My one negative is that, while they have free internet, if you use their free internet too often in a week then they don't let you use it anymore - if i'm paying 6 euro for a coffee and a small piece of cake the internet better be complimentary.
